So watz new? letz c there waz the hurricane irene, me goin to drama camp...(juz ended)... nd thn of course the soccer tournament yesterday. nothin too excitin rite? irene wasnt to bad where i lived...juz trees gettin knocked down nd a few puddles here nd there. my house gt a few shingles knocked off the roof and some water leaked through cracks in the basement. nobody i knew was harmed. we had a 45 min blackout at about 1 in the morning bt most ppl in my town had a blackout for basically the whole day, so we got off lucky. storms still brewing outside but itz not that bad. for the ppl that leave near the ocean or bay (my aunt, nd my friend Ashley) they got ova a foot of water on there lawns and street. a lot of the streets are closed off, believe it or not i took a bike ride earlier when the winds died down for a bit and there are alot of ppl out and about. we got a tornado warning a lil while ago bt nothins happened. im pwerty sure the eye of the storm....the worst jus bc after silence it gtz rlly fierce..... has alrdy passed us. to anyone tht got injured or knows someone who died... best of luck after this storm has gone. (ps, my friend Anthony's house got hit with a tree which them bounced off the house onto his car....nobody was hurt thank god.)
